Was concerned as cash only and under new management but they were so friendly and spent ages on my nails. The technician actually spoke to me and everyone was greeted when they arrive.
Asked for biab to be removed and it was done gently and with care.
Paying by cash is a pain but I am hoping this may change, given that there is only one cash point now in EG.

I’m assuming the salon has been taken over. Much improved booking site, it’s nice to have the option to cancel if need be. Nails beautifully done however it’s a shame that payment can no longer be made by bank transfer as cash is rarely used these days. This may change where I go.

Much quieter than usual, although it may have been the time, so no hanging around waiting! New staff very friendly and attentive! Nails look lush so all good! Cash only now which may cause some customers to go elsewhere. Overall pleased with the service.

Excellent treatment in chloes yesterday, new team members are lovely and cheerful. Only had gel removal but lots of care taken. Was seen straight away and wasnt rushed.

I have been a regular customer of Chloe Nails since they opened a few years ago. I’ve had every member of staff do my nails- all are fantastic. They offer a huge selection of colours and finishes. They never rush but are very efficient. Super friendly atmosphere.

I had a pedicure this morning- it was a most enjoyable experience. The manicurist was gentle and precise and thorough. My feet felt fantastic when he had finished. I can recommend Chloe’s very highly
